All orders and purchases made through our website are subject to T&C outlined below. These T&C may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion. Please make sure you have read our T&C.

8. The Usual Price (U.P) of items may be stated under our current price. This U.P may be an indication of the highest price for that particular item, based on all batches of shipment to that point of time. We reserve the right to update U.P displayed on our website from time to time.
9. Although we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of item(s) you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item(s) as cancelled.

18. If any item(s) from Pre-Order is(are) not available, we will refund the amount in respect of the item(s) that we were unable to supply.

23. You have to ensure that our email address our email address is added to your safe list or address book, in order to guarantee receipt of our emails and not diverted to your junk/spam or trash folders.

We reserve the right to Blacklist and NOT to Serve/Entertain you in future (at our sole discretion) if you go Missing-In-Action (MIA), you are inconsiderate, you make insincere enquiries and orders, you do not respond to our emails after our stipulated deadline or after placing your order, or no order from you after multiple enquiries, etc.
25. We will arrange for shipment of items every Sat, provided that there are at least 20 items.
26. Items should arrive after 4 weeks to 6 weeks. Do be prepared to wait about 2 months for some pre-order items.
27. All updates and announcement will be posted on this website. Do check the respective spree post for status of the sprees. If there's no updates, means there's no news. We do not response to emails asking for updates when the information can already be found on our website. We will contact spree-ers when items arrive and are ready for collection (We need time to sort and pack).
